"The Benchmark For Comparison"
Mark Womack's impact
in helping to drive the transformation of Basell's North
American business into a high performing organization
with a leadership culture and winning attitude was significant
and enduring. His innovative ideas and refreshing insight
were invaluable. |
|
Mark's uncompromising pursuit of quality and demand
for timeliness had a huge impact on our corporate culture as
we put in place a new high energy organization where vision,
strategy, leadership behavior, structure and processes are now
crisply aligned. His ability to approach challenges with both
a "big picture" perspective as well as the necessary
attention to detail is unique and hugely successful. This level
of professionalism has become the benchmark for comparison of
other such services for Basell North America.
