"The Bench Mark for Comparison"
Mark Womack's impact in helping to drive the transformation of Basell's North American business into a high performing organization with a leadership culture and winning attitude was significant and enduring. His innovative ideas and refreshing insight were invaluable.
Mark's uncompromising pursuit of quality and demand for timeliness had a huge impact on our corporate culture as we put in place a new high energy organization where vision, strategy, leadership behavior, structure and processes are now crisply aligned. His ability to approach challenges with both a "big picture" perspective as well as the necessary attention to detail is unique and hugely successful. This level of professionalism has become the benchmark for comparison of other such services for Basell North America.

"Rare Caliber & Character"
Rarely in this life do you have the opportunity to work with someone of the caliber and character of Mark Womack. I have had the distinct privilege of collaborating with Mark since 1995, when we partnered on a year-long business transformation project tasked with redesigning our field sales and service organization.
His ability to facilitate results-generating visioning sessions is unparalleled, providing a foundation for success for both short- and long-term organizational benefits. Mark connects at so many levels with those who work with him, helping to align people, process and technology in a way that makes both practical and professional sense.
In addition, I have personally experienced the profound impact of working with Mark on a full-time basis, an experience that truly helped to shape the person I am today. While our efforts and work product were focused on tangible deliverables, there was a parallel benefit to my personal life – in essence, establishing a crystal-clear vision for what success truly looks like, and crafting an actionable plan for getting there.
In early 2005 – 10 years following our first engagement with Mark and his team – I brought Mark back to work with my National Accounts and International Sales organization as we deployed a new more customer-focused organization structure. Some of the powerful elements of his work, which had a profound impact on my team, included:
Mark's ability to truly make a difference in people
– professionally and personally – is unique and powerful. To
categorize him as merely a "consultant" or "coach" doesn't do
justice to the body of work he delivers. He has impacted my
team in ways that will truly impact their short- and long-term
professional performance, and I would highly recommend his services
to any organization committed to taking their performance to
a higher level.

"Walking the Talk"
I worked with Mark for several years while helping him build his previous consulting organization by sourcing the best available talent in the marketplace. Without a doubt, Mark's passion and enthusiasm for creating something special and meaningful is unrivaled in my experience.
Mark always has a crystal-clear vision of the organization he's crafting. I witnessed him build an organization that truly operated in accordance with the principles and values he advocated.
I gained a unique perspective of Mark's leadership impact through the feedback I received from my many clients who interviewed with Mark's organization, including those that were eventually hired by him. Without fail, the message from these consulting professionals was that Mark had something that you wanted to be a part of. In the beginning, they believed in him and they wanted to participate in the special universe he was creating. In the end, they often told me that he did what he said he'd do and he did it better than anyone else.

"Unwavering Commitment"
It has been a distinct pleasure to have known and partnered with Mark Womack over the past four years. His trusted and highly sought after talent as a partner to client executive teams has convinced me that Mark is as effective in this role as anyone I've ever met.
More importantly, his relationships and trusted advice lead to action. Leadership team development, mission adoption and rapid execution are trademarks of Mark's capability.
He has a unique style which not only engages, but absorbs clients, participants and colleagues. His capability to communicate and enrapt an audience is second to none.

"The Right Touch of Guidance"
I sought the services of J.W. Webb to help me with an important management team meeting in which I wanted our team to assess our past year's performance and then establish a clear strategic framework for our aspirations in the coming year.
Because of my previous experience with Mark Womack, it was a "no-brainer" that they were the right choice to assist me in the design and execution of such an important leadership undertaking.
Mark closely partnered with me to provide just the right touch of guidance, leadership and counsel. Together, we developed a crystal-clear, highly ambitious set of meeting objectives and agenda. We also established leadership and behavioral standards for how my team would operate during the off-site, both individually and collectively.
During the off-site sessions, we were able to exceed my high aspirations for how much we would achieve and for how we would work together. While I certainly give a lot of credit to my very talented team members, our performance was significantly enhanced due to Mark's guidance and commitment to helping us operate at the highest possible level. Mark is relentless about staying the course and holding everyone accountable to agreed-to standards, which enabled us to achieve our lofty ambitions.
As a result, we developed a clear set of business imperatives that have proven to be meaningful guideposts for the leadership team over the course of the business year. We not only developed a solid strategy and plan for the coming year, we also visibly became a stronger and more effective team through the process. My organization continues to greatly benefit from the tangible and intangible results of this off-site.
